The TLPI website presents comprehensive information about how the TLPI carries out its mission of enhancing and strengthening tribal sovereignty and justice while honoring community values, protecting rights, and promoting well-being.

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

E. Use of TLPI Logo

The TLPI logo is used to identify our organization, products, and activities. You cannot use the TLPI logo or any historic, subsidiary, or related logos without written permission, and only TLPI can grant authorization for use of these logos. For written permission please contact info@TLPI.org

 

At the time permission is granted, TLPI will provide you with our requirements as to color, typeface, size, etc. for reproduction of the logo.

 

Improper use of TLPI logo:

  • You cannot use the TLPI logo to refer to another organization or another organization’s products or services.

  • You cannot use the TLPI logo in any manner that would confuse the viewer or could imply sponsorship or endorsement.

  • You cannot change or alter the appearance of the TLPI logo.

  • You cannot use the TLPI logo without giving TLPI proper ownership.

  • You cannot use the TLPI logo as a link separate from an attaching URL.

The materials on TLPI's website are provided "as is". TLPI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
